Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences invites students to
participate in the Baltic International Summer School (BISS) 2014
programme „International Tourism Events Management”. BISS 2014 takes
place from August 3 to August 17 in Valmiera, Latvia.
Through the years, BISS 2014 programme has been focused on offering
creative workshops and courses in co-operation with Tourism and
Hospitality Management programme. This year, the programme is wider than
ever, including lectures and workshops delivered by professionals in the
tourism field in Latvia and other countries. Additionally, this year
participants will be able to celebrate the European Capital of Culture
„Riga 2014”.
The deadline for application is June 1, 2014 (for scholarships – May 1,
2014).
The participation fee for the programme ITEM for exchange students from the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Pannonia is 390 EUR (instead of 720 EUR).
