My name is Theresa Jaeger and I am 23 years old and from Vienna, Austria. Back at home I did my Bachelors at the University of Applied Sciences of Vienna (FH Wien) – Tourism Management. During that period an internship abroad was compulsory, so I spent six months in Dubai working at a 5* hotel, called Mina A’Salam, which belongs to the Jumairah Hotel Group.
Before I started my Masters at the University of Applied Sciences JOANNEUM in Bad Gleichenberg, I completed another internship. I spent two months on Jamaica, working in an All-inclusive Luxury Family Resort, called Beaches Boscobel. I gained work experience in the following departments, Front Office, Guest Services, Environment, Health & Saftey, Spa and Sales.
After that semester abroad here in Veszprém, I will start an internship at an Austrian Event-Management Agency, which I am really looking forward to.
