For international applicants

The first step in the admission procedure is to fill in the online application form on the application page in the DreamApply.

Once your application is submitted, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable registration fee of EUR 150. This step formalises your application, after which the documents you have submitted will be checked by the end of the registration period. The registration fee is preferred to be paid by card via SimplePay within the DreamApply.

After all the above listed documents are submitted, the applicant takes part in an interview with the Admission Committee of the Faculty.

The interview will take place online via the specified system at a pre-arranged time. Based on the interview the committee makes a recommendation regarding the admission of the applicant.

In case of a positive decision the applicant receives a Letter of Notification uploaded to the admission system.

In the Letter of Notification the applicant will be informed to transfer the tuition fee for the chosen academic programme covering the first 2 semesters.

After payment of the tuition fees for the first two semesters, an Official Letter of Admission will be issued and uploaded for the applicant.

The Official Letter of Admission is to be submitted to the Embassy or Consulate of Hungary in the country of the applicant to acquire a visa.

If the visa application is refused, the University of Pannonia will refund the pre-paid tuition fee.

Please note that the applicant must request the refund via the DreamApply system.

All students admitted to the academic programme offered in a foreign language are required to have a valid health insurance for the whole period of residence in Hungary.

University of Pannonia offers accommodation at the Central dormitory and Magister dormitory which can be the main scene of social life, where friendships and study groups are formed over the years.

The modern building of Magister Dormitory is situated near the University, in a calm greenbelt of Veszprém. The four-story building can accommodate 720 people at a time.

Students can easily reach the campus less than 10 minutes on foot.

Well-equipped apartments with double room or 2 double rooms with shower and kitchenette are waiting for the students. Each floor has a community place, a shared kitchen (for approx. 20 people) and a laundry room. The dormitory has an own, huge parking space. A modern library, a beauty salon, restaurants, sporting facilities, opportunities for entertainment can be found in the neighbourhood of the dorm.

Please remember that the accommodation certificate is required in the visa application process. If you need accommodation you can apply for dormitory place in the admission system.
