On 12 January 2026, the Sustainable Business Model Canvas Workshop of the CROCUS project was held at the István Halis City Library in Nagykanizsa. The event provided an opportunity for participants to jointly reflect on the future of cultural and creative tourism in South Zala and the Slovenian–Hungarian cross-border region.
On this occasion, tourism professionals further developed the most promising ideas generated during the earlier Ideation workshop, with professional facilitation by Réka Vámosi and the support of CROCUS researchers Dr Ágnes Raffay-Danyi, Dr Katalin Lőrincz and Dr Zsófia Papp.
Following the workshop, a meeting of the Core Development Team also took place, led by LL Coordinator Tímea Litter. During this session, members discussed current issues and next steps related to the Slovenian–Hungarian Living Lab.
