Dr. Anikó Csepregi and Dr. Eszter Bogdány, faculty members of the Department of Management at the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Pannonia, have been appointed HR Division Ambassadors for Hungary for the 2026–2029 term.
Founded in 1936, the Academy of Management (AOM) is a leading international professional association for management and organisation scholars, bringing together more than 21,000 members from over 120 countries. It provides a global platform for research, teaching, professional development, collaboration, and the dissemination of scholarly knowledge.
As part of AOM, the Human Resources Division promotes scholarship in personnel and human resource management, supports the dissemination of research findings, and strengthens professional connections among HR researchers, educators, and practitioners.
Launched in 2008, the HR Division Ambassadors Program currently connects ambassadors from 44 countries. During their three-year term, the University of Pannonia faculty members will represent Hungary within this international community and contribute to strengthening national, regional, and global HR networks, knowledge exchange, and collaboration across research, teaching, and organisational practice.
