This project started in the fall of 2021 and was created because many foreign students and instructors at the four Veszprém faculties of Pannon University did not know that there were foreigners at other faculties who came here to study or teach.
Due to this disconnect, communication among people representing different cultures was limited, as was the possibility of forming acquaintances with Hungarian students and colleagues.
Therefore, creating an opportunity to come together and socialize would be welcomed by those interested. This term’s first get-together will take place on Wednesday, October 5th, at 16:00 at the University Library on Wartha Vince Street and Jozsef Attila Street campus.
What can you expect if you come:
– some ice-breaking activity,
– a short presentation on an aspect of Hungarian culture,
– a short presentation of a country that participants come from or a special day in the particular culture of those who join they.
