Jim Brodzinski and Elaine Crable visit the Faculty

At the invitation of our faculty, Professor Jim Brodzinski and his wife, Professor Elaine Crable, spent a week at the University of Pannonia on April 25-29, 2022. between.

Professor Jim Brodzinski (SPHR ​Dean (ret.), College of Business, Valparaiso University​) gave extremely useful and interesting lectures on April 28, 29 and 30, 2022 as part of the Global Leadership course. Our master’s students took part in the course.

Professor Elaine (Professor Business Analytics /Information Systems, Co-Director International Business, Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio) Crable gave a lecture on April 29, 2022, entitled “Globally Connected Education Experiences through a Virtual Immersion Experience (An Introduction to How to Set Up a Virtual Academic Immersion on a Global Scale)”.

Our guest speakers participated in several roundtable discussions on the management, strategic and operational issues of American and Hungarian higher education, economics / business, and AACSB accreditation.

In their free time, they explored the sights of Veszprém and the surrounding area, visited Tihany, Balatonfüred, the Herend Porcelain Manufactory, and took part in sightseeing and cultural programs in Veszprém.
