Great news for wine lovers! In the spring semester of 2024/25, the University of Pannonia will launch the BorKatedra | Seminar on Hungarian Wine in English.

Important information about the course:

  • The 3-credit course can be taken as an elective by any student of the University of Pannonia.
  • Code of the Subject is: VEGTTUS243bk
  • The course is 6 weeks long.
  • English classes will be held at the beginning of the semester on Mondays from 8:00 to 12:00.
  • Number of students: 30
  • The course is open to full-time students.

The Hungarian Wine Marketing Agency (Magyar Bormarketing Ügynökség) has designed the course, which focuses on Hungarian wine culture, to provide young people with a set of knowledge covering the production, marketing, evaluation and consumption of wine, and to promote the learning of conscious, moderate, quality-oriented wine consumption.
