Dear Graduates!

We hereby kindly invite you to the Graduation Ceremony of the Faculty of Business and Economics, which will take place on 5th of February 2025 at 11:00.

IMPORTANT! If you would like to attend the ceremony to receive your degree in person, please be sure to indicate your intention to attend on the graduation form till 28. January 2025.

Family and friends are welcome to attend the ceremony, but please note that the number of guests in the hall of Building “B” is limited (2 per student) and there is no seating available. When you pick up your gown, you will be able to collect 2 guest tickets, which will allow your relatives to enter the hall. The ticket entitles the holder to one entry.

The event will be streamed online and displayed in auditoriums “A/1” and “A/2” for relatives. It is recommended that your guests follow the ceremony in one of the auditoriums, where seating and drinking water will be available, rather than in the crowded hall.

Gowns must be worn at the graduation ceremony and can be borrowed free of charge. The gowns can be collected before the ceremony between 8:00 and 10:00 in the cloakroom on the ground floor of Building A. The size of the gown does not need to be specified in advance, you can choose the right size on the spot. Students are kindly requested not to leave the University in their gowns and to hand them in as soon as possible after the ceremony.

Please wear appropriate attire for the ceremony (e.g. Ladies: blouse, dark skirt, dress or suit, closed shoes appropriate to the occasion; Gentlemen: suit or dark trousers, shirt, closed shoes appropriate to the occasion).

This semester was very different from the previous ones, and this also affects the graduation ceremony. Given the current regulations we are organize an Online Graduation Ceremony on July 3, 2020, from 4pm on the Facebook page of the Faculty of Business and Economics, instead of the traditional ceremony.

We think you’ve worked hard for your degrees, diplomas, and you deserve to celebrate that at least virtually.

All is not lost that is delayed! Of course, in the future, we will provide an opportunity for you to receive the diploma in a ceremonial setting, in the company of your invited loved ones at an official graduation ceremony. Till, stay with us on Facebook on July 3 from 4pm!

The Diploma Ceremony of the Faculty of Business and Economics will be held on Friday, 28 June 2019 at 11:00 in the lobby of Building B.

Before the Diploma Ceremony, at 10:00, the representative of the students of the newly graduated class will put a memorial plaque on the wall of the Faculty of Economics in the park behind the “A” building.
This locksmith wall is a place for the memories of the newly graduated grades. That locks are symbolizes the whole class! All students and their relatives are welcome to the ceremony!

Receiving invitations to the Diploma Ceremony (2 free of charge, additional 300, – Ft / piece) will take place at office A 101 at Lóránt Megyeri, from 13 of June to 27. (Opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 8: 00-15: 30, Friday 8: 00-13: 00).
At the Diploma Ceremony, you have to wear a gown and hire them free of charge.

There is no need to register for separately! The gowns can be picked up before the ceremony between 8:00 and 10:00 in the conference room of the ground floor of Building B. It is not possible to pre-select the size of it, which will be possible before the celebration. After the ceremony, the gowns must be returned. Please do not leave the campus wearing those gowns.

If someone is unable to pick up the invitations personally at the time specified above, you may also have the option of picking them up by someone else.
