ABSL (Association of Business Service Leaders) Hungary organised a Business Breakfast, a key event for leaders in the Business Services Sector to explore the latest trends, challenges, and successes in the industry on 13 September 2024. This event featured a panel discussion on Enhancing Shared Services in Hungary Through Upskilling, Talent Transformation, and Automation. Industry experts could share insights on crucial topics like upskilling the workforce, embracing automation, and adopting innovative business strategies to deliver higher value to clients. This session aimed to gather insights from industry leaders, share best practices, and discuss the future of shared services in Hungary. The invited panelists were Lalit Karwa, Prof. Dr. Nora Obermayer, Valeria Gedeon, Istvan Lenk. The moderator was Edit Bencsik.

This was an excellent opportunity to gain valuable knowledge, exchange ideas with peers, and discuss the future of the shared services sector. Moreover, Nóra Obermayer could share the results of the researches of DKM Research Group in the topic of Upskilling the Workforce: Discuss the importance of upskilling and how companies are addressing skill gaps in Hungary.

B2 Ljubljana School of Business, publish a professional magazine: Information & Business Magazine – IPR (ISSN 2670-7543). It is published twice a year, in April and October:
The autumn issue is intended for the publication of STUDENTS’ professional articles.
The spring issue is primarily intended for the publication of LECTURERS’ professional articles (by lecturers who teach in BSc/BA programs).

INVITATION – AUTUMN ISSUE:
They want to invite STUDENTS to develop their best seminar/project papers into professional articles. Articles must be at least 3 pages long and use APA citation style.

IPR magazine publishes articles in English, Slovenian, Croatian, and Serbian.
