The Ecole d’Ingénieurs de PURPAN offers a BA course with a focus on Food Science and International Wine Business and Communication for the 2021 spring semester (from January to May 2021), which is compatible with the curriculum of our BA in Tourism and Catering students.
This program is at undergraduate level (end of BSc: 3rd of 4th year); it gives students knowledge in Agriculture, in particular in Animal Productions and in Food Science. During the semester you can earn 28 credit maximum by subjects such as:
– French Language and Intercultural issues of study abroad (for semseter 2 arriving exchange students only: levels A1/A2 to B1),
– Rural Sociology, Food Science,
– Food Innovation,
– International Wine Business & Communication.
The course will be run in English, it’s require an advanced language exam.
